LRA offers (US only) promotional shipping with DHL or UPS for a flat rate of
$6.99 for Ground, and $19.99 for Next Day.

Orders made by check or money orders will not be processed until they clear.
Orders are normaly processed for shipping within 3 to 5 business days.
A 7% Sales Tax is required for Rhode Island customers at the time of purchase.
Warranty/Return Policy:
LRA offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to lra_sales@cox.net Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; To help avoid restocking fees, please ensure packaging is not damaged and resalable. Also ensure all instructions, manuals, and associated parts and/or pieces are returned in the original packaging.
